Pom-Pom maker (used pink/2nd smallest size here)
Felt (desired colors - our pink here + purple here)
White acrylic paint
Mod Podge + Photo of Child
Paint Brush (I love these!)
Fabric Scissors
Tinsel or ribbon to hang
