Generational Mothers Day DIY Gift for all of the amazing women in your family circle!
This is week II for our 5 week craft series called, "Mini Maker Monday" where each week (Monday's) I'm sharing a kids spring/summer craft which I create, share + then teach!
This weeks is a fun twist on those traditional friendship bracelets. Though we decided to go "really" DIY with ours by painting them in zip lock bags. (A painting hack I picked up from ThePrettyLifeGirls awhile back! Though thought it would be fun to try it on wooden beads for this craft!)
I mean is it just me, or does painting anything 3D means we end up painting more of our fingers than the actually object?! Both my 5 year old + myself included : )
Craft details below...
Project Resources
Wooden Beads (Small)
Purple Ribbon (Hobby Lobby)
Paint is Acrylic (in all our favor shades)
If you liked this idea, you might also enjoy last weeks chalk art + DIY stencil, here!
Warmly, Steph
